FHIR API Data Fetcher

Generate tokens, run FHIR requests, and review responses in one place.

Environment mapping: all providers use sandbox/prod.

Count:

When enabled, this runs consecutive queries by incrementing the numeric suffix after E- in the patient ID.

Athena Practice ID (required for Athena):

Sent as ah-practice query parameter for Athena FHIR requests.

Hybrid clinical history calls both Athena FHIR R4 and athenaOne /v1/chart, then merges results (FHIR-first for allergies & observations; chart-biased for medications per your matrix).

Click Generate Bearer Token below — this is your chart API token (MDP scope).
Click Generate FHIR token for hybrid — second token with FHIR read scopes (Patient, Allergies, Meds, Conditions, Procedures, Observations).
Set query params to patient=a-195900.E-12366&departmentid=1, then Fetch FHIR Data.

Include debug info in response (slice counts & errors)

Your app registration must allow both token types. If one side fails, you still get a partial merged profile with warnings / errors in the response.
